General terms and conditions regarding the processing of personal data
SC MEDICAL EVA SRL processes the personal data of Users, the processing being carried out in compliance with the legislation in force, the confidentiality of personal data and the right to private life being guaranteed.
Processing of personal data for the purpose of concluding and executing the Contract. The personal data provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of executing this Agreement, respectively for the provision of Services, invoicing and collection of the value of the Services, customer relations, verification and recovery of debits, any other processing necessary for the good performance of the contractual relationship.
Personal data provided by the User will be disclosed to legal entities, authorities and competent public institutions, at their request, in accordance with the legal provisions.
Processing of personal data for promotional purposes (marketing). The personal data provided, as well as other information provided by the Beneficiary, through this contract (such as: e-mail address, fax no., mobile no., landline no.) may be processed by SC MEDICAL EVA SRL respecting the rights of Users, in particular the right to information and opposition, for the following purposes:
– remarketing and user tracking
– making commercial communications
– communication regarding the status of the services provided at the request of the customer or when it is considered a necessity (eg in case of a technical or unauthorized problem) for the products and services SC MEDICAL EVA SRL.
Processing of personal data with a general identification function. Personal data with an identification function are necessary for the correct identification of the client/authorized in the processing systems of SC MEDICAL EVA SRL, for performing invoicing operations, respectively those that are necessary or in connection with the execution of the Contract.
The User’s rights regarding the processing of personal data provided.
The user has the following rights regarding the personal data provided:
– the right to information and access;
– the right to access the data;
– the right to rectification;
– the right to data deletion;
– the right to restrict processing;
– the right to data portability;
– right of opposition and automated individual decision-making, including profiling;
– the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ANSPDCP – The National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data.
